Role Description: Engage with business stakeholders understanding their needs and effectively communicate how those will be designed and eventually implemented, mainly though workshops. Define, elaborate and document business requirements. Prioritise business requirements with business and IT stakeholders. Define cost / benefit analysis of solutions. Manage and validate solution options such as working methodology, approach and feasibility to implement. Provide solutions for system design, implementation, and improvements for function and workflows. Peer review business requirements and recommended solutions. Understanding of the energy/commodity industry end-to-end. Power, Gas and / or Oil knowledge is preferred. Able to work with a geographical dispersed IT project delivery team and business stakeholders. Requirements: Functional configuration experience of Allegro Horizon. Ability to communicate requirements and solutions to technical and business teams. Experience of full end to end project delivery methodology. An enthusiastic self-starter with proven problem-solving skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Dynamic presentation skills and the ability to train/influence others. Experience in both physical and financial trading environments preferred. Strong problem identification skills and creativity to develop new, innovative solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ideally have experience in consulting, but not essential. Ability to work independently and on your own initiative. Ability and flexibility to adjust to a fast-changing and demanding environment.
