A Cloud Architect will be required to design and build the cloud computing architecture. Translating project-specific needs into a cloud structure, design the cloud environment that covers all requirements with appropriate weightage given to the security aspect. Carryout deployment and integration of application in the designed cloud environment. Understand needs of business / client and implement cloud strategies those meet the needs.

Provide the necessary design to the team for building cloud application, train and guide the team in provisioning/using/integrating the cloud services proposed in the design.

Skills

Must have\'s

Proficient with Microsoft Azure Cloud.

3+ years\' experience working on design and solution for cloud application development and/or migration

Understanding of Cloud Networks and network configuration

Skilled in Terraform for managing Infrastructure as code

Proficient in Git based SCM, docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Implementing CI/CD for Java / angular / react based multi service applications using tools like Jenkins, JenkinsX, ArgoCD, CircleCi, Gitlab CI. More exposure on as many tools the better.

Experience in delivering applications with various deployment strategies: Rolling, Blue Green, Canary Deployments

AWS-CLI / Azure CLI

Able to work with Imperative and Declarative way to setup Kubernetes resources/Services:

• Pods
• Secrets
• ConfigMaps
• Services
• Persistent Volumes

• Deployments
• Replicasets
• Daemonsets
• Helm Charts
• Ingress
• Storage classes

Have experience working with these AWS services or equivalent in Azure:

- AKS, Azure AD, RBAC, DNS, Traffic Manager, VPC, Subnets, Security Groups,

- Scale sets, Load balancer, API Management

- Azure container apps, Container registry

- Azure functions, Webjobs

Nice to have\'s

- Multi cloud platform exposure

- Azure landing zone setup

- MS Cloud Adoption Framework
