Your Team

  • You will be part of team responsible to execute the technical deliverables of the PTC Cloud delivery functions and create innovation for the PTC Cloud Portfolio Solutions
  • Members of the Cloud Technical Track combine strong PTC product knowledge and Public Cloud expertise and security standards to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • This team based in Gurgaon works closely with cross-functional group of professionals across the globe.
Day to Day activities.
  • Demonstrates ability to install PTC Application Software and its supporting approved 3rd Party Software (for example COGNOS, Solid Works, etc.), and resolve related issues independently.
  • Exhibit independence and though leadership when installing customer change packages.
  • Validate the compatibility of PTC Application and its supporting 3rd Party Software
  • Define the optimal procedure to install or deploy PTC Applications and its supporting 3rd Party Software.
  • Independently resolve issues and makes decisions pertaining to the configuration of PTC Applications and its supporting 3rd party software to optimize performance by exhibiting independence for resolution of issues and proactively making configuration changes.
  • Rehost or refresh environments (data and application configuration) from target to source environments.
  • Learn how to setup and configure LDAP and SSO
Preferred Experience:
  • 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Windchill PLM, Linux and Cloud Providers.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the major Cloud providers technology stack (Azure, AWS, Google).
Must have skills
  • Administration skills in Windchill PDMLink
  • Windchill CAD Data management and visualization
  • Good understanding of Windchill Rehost and upgrade.
  • Advance command line Linux Skills
  • DB \xe2\x80\x93 Oracle and MSSQL knowledge
  • Java, JS & Basic Apache
  • Awareness/Experience using a Ticketing System like Salesforce or Service Now
  • Understanding of Cloud and Support stack
  • Strong, proven diagnostic and Troubleshooting Skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, in particular with the customer.
  • Excellent Communication Skills; Verbal and Written
