Cloud Process Manager Poland UK, US, France, India The AXA XL Cloud process manager is responsible for streamlining overall processes within Cloud migration portfolio. He will be part ofthe Cloud Migration team working in close relationship with the Orchestration manager, Factory manager, application & technical teams in AXA XL. DISCOVERyour opportunity What will your essential responsibilities include Working with Factory, application teams & AXA GO teams, lead the design & implementation of the migration process (Core IT to PaaS / IaaS ) Design & document the migration process & associated runbook including prerequisites & post migration steps Define & document roles & responsibilities for activities and steps in the migration process (Factory, entities, AXA GO) Lead the customisation of the migration process & playbook to meet application specific requirements Ensure the validation & sign-off of the migration process, runbook and procedures with all involved parties (Factory, Application teams & AXA GO) Monitor and report progress against plan and adjust plan to ensure the project stays on track In close collaboration with Application teams, orchestration team & migration factory teams, develop an end-to-end consolidated migration testing approach Define, implement and lead the execution of the overall test strategy & QA procedures Monitor & report on test & QA activities Ensure project deliverables are high quality and are delivered on time Conduct continuous improvement, optimising delivery by improving processes and outcomes Provide leadership and direction in a positive and productive manner Ensure transparency and trust by communicating and reporting regularly with stakeholders and teams.
