Job Title : Cloud Inside Sales Associate
Work mode : Work from Office, Yelahanka New Town
Shift timing : 9:30am - 6.30pm (day shift) (Monday-Saturday)

- We are looking for a highly motivated Cloud Inside Sales Associate with a passion for technology and a strong sales acumen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through various tools, qualifying prospects, and driving sales of our cloud solutions to B2B clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, an aggressive nature towards achieving sales target, should have customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and opportunities within the B2B segment.
2. Identifying potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling.
3. Qualify leads and prospects through effective communication to understand their business needs and challenges.
4. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
5. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our cloud solutions.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize retention.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
8. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Qualifications:
1. Any Master degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Commerce
2. Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and their applications in business environments.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
4. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
5. Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
7. Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and technology.
