Youll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.Our Information Technology Security team assists PwC in designing and creating sustainable security solutions to provide foundational capabilities and operational discipline through a focus on enterprise requirements and prioritisation, Information Technology security architecture, and the software development lifecycle.Cloud Infrastructure & Security Engineer As an Infrastructure & Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing our IT infrastructure and ensuring the security of our systems. Your responsibilities will span across infrastructure design, implementation, and network security. You\'ll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver technical solutions that enhance efficiency and support our core business functions. 1. Infrastructure Design & Implementation: Evaluate and design hybrid cloud environments, considering factors such as scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Lead infrastructure projects, ensuring successful implementation and seamless integration. Coordinate upgrades, change requests, and configuration management. 2. Network Security & Firewall Administration: Deploy and administer firewalls, ensuring robust security measures. Develop and enforce network security policies, addressing vulnerabilities and risks. Monitor and respond to security incidents promptly. 3. Azure Cloud Expertise: Leverage Azure cloud services for optimal infrastructure deployment. Manage Azure IaaS architecture, including virtual machines and network configurations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. 4. Technical Project Management: Lead product development from ideation to scaling, collaborating with development teams. Define product requirements, specifications, and pricing. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, resolving risks and issues. 5. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of infrastructure components, configurations, and security measures. Generate reports on system performance, vulnerabilities, and improvements. 6. Team Leadership & Training: Mentor junior team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing. Provide technical guidance and training to enhance the team's capabilities. Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in infrastructure design, security, and network engineering. Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud services. Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or Azure certifications are a plus.
