You will be part of a diverse and creative team that is continually striving to offer the best quality products and services that are continuously transforming air travel.As a Network Engineer, you will play a key role in helping to support the technical development, deployment, and configuration of SITA SD-WAN solutions for our customers.The ideal candidate will have good problem-solving skills and a strong desire to implement scalable and sustainable technological solutions. Part of the scope includes a close working interlock with development, operations, and IT teams to automate and optimize our systems, ensuring they are highly available, performing, and resilient.WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO

• Work closely with Senior Network Engineers, Architects, development teams and other IT team members to:

• Participate in the deployment and configuration of customer SD-WAN solutions.
• Work alongside Network Operations teams to troubleshoot issues and identify and implement solutions.
• Assist with the configuration and management of Cisco network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).
• Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems ensuring they comply with industry standards, regulations, and organizational security policies, collaborate with cybersecurity team to identify and

• Contribute to the implementation and management of network security measures, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.

• Ensure that Network environments adhere to security best practices and organizational compliance requirements.
• Automate routine tasks and create tools to improve efficiency and system robustness; use IaC tools to manage configurations, ensuring consistency and repeatablility.
• Maintain and update network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations and operational practices to ensure knowledge transfer within the team.

Qualifications:ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

• 1-2 years demonstrable knowledge and experience in:

• Networking & Security fundamentals (Network Topologies, Routing Protocols, Switching concepts, Firewalls, Security Protocols, etc.)
• Networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, DHCP, NTP, etc.)
• Implementation and configuration of SD-WAN solutions.
• Experience beyond simple scripts, in languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze systems logs and data.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Network certifications - Versa (VNX100/VNX400), Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) are a plus.
• Experience with Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience or understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation.
