:Job Title: Cloud Engineer LeadLocation: Bangalore - Hybrid/WFODepartment: IT/Cloud InfrastructureJob Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer Lead to oversee the cloud infrastructure operations. The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in Azure and GCP, with a focus on IaaS, Networking, and cloud management. This leadership role involves guiding a team of cloud engineers, managing complex cloud environments, and driving the strategic implementation of cloud solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of cloud engineers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure on Azure and GCP platforms.
• Architect and implement scalable cloud solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud network issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage and optimize GCP VPC, Compute, Governance, and Interconnects, and Azure Express Routes, vNets, vNet Gateways, Compute, and Governance.
• Develop and enforce best practices for cloud infrastructure management and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define cloud strategies, requirements, and roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with cloud governance, security policies, and industry standards.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of Python scripts for automation and management tasks.
• Monitor cloud services, perform regular health checks, and implement performance improvements.
• Provide leadership in disaster recovery planning and business continuity strategies.

Mandatory Skills:

• Azure and GCP: Extensive experience with both Azure and Google Cloud Platform at a senior level.
• IaaS and Networking: Deep understanding of Infrastructure as a Service and advanced networking concepts.
• Cloud Fundamentals: Strong grasp of cloud computing principles, architectures, and best practices.
• Cloud Network Troubleshooting Skills: Expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex network issues in cloud environments.
• Linux: Proficiency with Linux operating systems.
• Python Scripting: Advanced skills in writing and maintaining scripts for automation and cloud management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in cloud engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Relevant certifications in Azure and GCP are highly desirable.
• Proven track record in leading cloud projects and teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
