This service model is designed to help organizations protect their networks, systems, and data from a variety of security threats, such as cyberattacks, data breaches, and unauthorized access.

• The scope of the IAM/PAM Support defined here is based on the monitoring, management, and optimization of Directory Services within a clients environment.
• All IAM/PAM Support Services here are delivered in English for verbal and written communication.
• All IAM/PAM Support Services defined here are delivered on a 24x7x365 basis.
• The IAM/PAM Support Services here are delivered remotely using Insights Global Delivery Network, which includes personnel in India, North America, Europe, Asia Pacific regions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for IAM and PAM systems including password reset, account unlock, and access group requests.
• Verifying group ownership and assisting users with group memberships.
• Investigating visibility issues on KEDS like addressing manager change issues for Kenvue partners.
• Setting up MFA for users, configuring and managing PingID authentication devices.
• Troubleshooting SSO issues and addressing access problems in various services.
• Managing account lockout issues and investigating AD-related incidents.
• Assisting users with password resets and account setup.
• Handling user data modifications and exporting relevant information
• Generate and manage certificates as needed.
• Verify and manage group memberships for users.
• Perform initial triage of the PAM issues related to BeyondTrust/Centrify, get details, and escalate to the next level if required.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to Privileged Remote Access (PRA) & Password Safe
• Handle Beyond-Trust Avecto logs and initial triage of issues.
• Maintain IDMS-managed file share groups and manage AD security groups.

Qualification:

• Education: B.E/B.Tech/Graduate

• Minimum 2 years experience.

• SKILLS: Identity and Access Management (IAM), Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution Active Directory (AD) Administration, Single Sign-On (SSO) Configuration, PingID, BeyondTrust (Avecto, Password Safe, Privilege Remote Access), Centrify (Server Suit), PKI (Sectigo), Communication and Collaboration, Incident Management
