We work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements. Our goal is to help clients maximize the value of their investment in Microsoft 365 by providing innovative solutions that improve productivity, collaboration, and security. Our team conducts assessments of client environments to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, develops and delivers training programs and materials to clients to ensure successful adoption of Microsoft 365 solutions, and collaborates with other consultants and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience on Intune
• You are highly proactive and committed.
• Good to have Solutions Architecture & Design experience.
• Youve worked with one or several technologies from the M365 stack such EMS+Security, Intune, Windows 10
• Contribute to running our Modern Workplace practice and develop our Microsoft 365 capability.
• Own delivery responsibilities for client engagements, including but not limited to Intune deployment, SCCM and other MDM solutions.
• Document relevant technical information including site schematics, system problems, problem resolution and knowledge base content.
• Provide technical training to customers - systems administration and end user.
• Conduct technical research on system upgrades to determine feasibility, cost, time required and compatibility.

Mandatory Skills on M365 / Intune

• Enrollment, Autopilot
• MDM and MAM policies, Application packaging
• Integration of SCCM and Intune
• Azure Active Directory Single Sign ON

Good to have.

• SCCM, AirWatch
• Exchange Online, Teams.
• Deployment experience of Intune
