We are always moving forward xe2x80x93 always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.The RoleInfrastructure Specialists at Kyndryl are project-based subject matter experts in all things infrastructure xe2x80x93 good at providing analysis, documenting and diagramming work for hand-off, offering timely solutions, and generally xe2x80x9cfiguring it out.xe2x80x9d This is a hands-on role where your feel for the interaction between a system and its environment will be invaluable to every one of your clients.The role is responsible for overseeing operations support for cloud services through monitoring, incident response, and incident resolution for production applications and infrastructure deployed in the cloud environment.The Responsibilities includes:The role oversees that cloud infrastructure is monitored and provide support when issues occur.Ensures that cloud infrastructure is checked to maintain availability and ensure performance SLAs are met and performance tuning and run-book tasks are carried out when neededEnsures there is adequate response to incidents and escalates them to the other teams as required.The role will own root cause analysis of incidents.Mange the operations shifts on a 24 x 7 basis as required.You will act as a cloud engineer covering one or more cloud platforms and related technologies for the Cloud HubYou will be responsible for maintaining the cloud hub operations, this includes the Cloud portal administration, Automation and monitoring configuration.Configuration and infrastructure management with tools like Terraform.Executing and troubleshooting PAAS and IAAS related issuesDevelopment of and continual improvement of automation and proceduresAnalyzing and supporting infrastructure in Azure, AWS and GCPMonitoring system performance and recommend corrective action.Documenting current environment and ongoing maintenance of documentationCollaborate with product owners, developers, and support staff to ensure continuous and reliable delivery of service.Vulnerabilities and Audit remediation.Windows or Linux Administration.This is a project-based role where youxe2x80x99ll enjoy deep involvement throughout the lifespan of a project, as well as the chance to work closely with Architects, Technicians, and PMs. Whatever your current level of tech savvy or where you want your career to lead, youxe2x80x99ll find the right opportunities and a buddy to support your growth. And finally, youxe2x80x99re open and borderless xe2x80x93 naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional Experience:Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer.Hands-on skills on configuring & troubleshooting Azure, GCP cloud technologies.Implementing compute, storage and network services on Azure cloud platforms.Service consumption and its reporting, Cost management and its reporting, Dashboard and Integrations, Automation in reportingExpert level Linux Windows System Operations SkillsExpert skills on troubleshooting cloud networks, middleware & cloud storage technologies.Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment methodologiesExperience in monitoring and alerting for IT applications and platformsCertifications Required: Azure Administrator Level Certification (AZ 104), Google cloud Engineer Associate, Azure Fundamentals ( AZ-900 )Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:With bachelor's degree or masterxe2x80x99s degreePreferably having Multiple technologyHand on experience / understanding of automation through Ansible, Terraform is an added advantage.Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, itxe2x80x99s how we think and who we are.
