About The Opportunity

The Cloud Delivery Project Manager responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial ideation through to delivery completion. He/She works as a trusted advisor to customers converting their telephony to Cloud.

The Project Manager works with several internal stakeholders, partners and customers in delivering successful implementations and identifying business problems and use cases across multiple communication technologies including Avaya Cloud Office (ACO), Avaya Experience Platform (AXP) or any other Cloud Solution implemented by the Cloud Delivery team.

To be successful in this role you will be a self-starting team player designing and driving collaborative solutions across all types of voice and digital communication channels.

About The Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans to be shared with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manages implementation problem resolution with assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinates interactions between the customer, systems engineering, field process engineering, field service engineering, manufacturing, logistics and 3rd party vendors.
• Responsible for timely escalation of installation issues to the appropriate organization in headquarters.
• Works with limited guidance on projects within defined criteria. Provides solutions to a diverse range of moderately complex problems.
• Ensures that the proper materials and manpower arrive at the customer site on a timely basis for the installation of company equipment.

About The Requirements

EXPERIENCE
Proven work-related experience in the Project Management field

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Time Management and Self-Management skills expected.
• Communication Skills
• Effective in a virtual working environment.
• Fluent English. Additional languages is a plus
• Comfortable working on dynamic environments
• MS Suite (MS Work, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project) is a must.
• Team player
• Cloud platform experience preferred is a plus
