Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Cloud-Native Solutions: Create, test, and deploy software applications for the cloud, enhancing solution agility, security, availability, and scalability.
• App Modernization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, strategize, and execute the modernization of existing applications, ensuring seamless migration to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Migration Planning and Execution: Plan and execute smooth application migrations from on-premises to cloud environments, ensuring minimal disruptions to business operations.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Establish robust monitoring and logging systems to proactively identify and address any issues post-deployment.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing cloud-native applications across environments like Azure, AWS, and GCP. We also welcome those transitioning from traditional development backgrounds.
• Cloud Platform Expertise: Proficiency with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Application Architecture: Mastery of containers, orchestration, micro-services, serverless functions, and cloud service models. Familiarity with design principles and patterns such as domain-driven design, service discovery, API gateway, and circuit breaker.
• DevOps and CI/CD: Experience using tools and platforms like Git, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitOps, with a clear understanding of DevOps and SRE practices and CI/CD automation tools.
• Programming Expertise: Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#. Additional experience or knowledge in languages like Go, Rust, Swift, Ruby, PHP, Kotlin, etc., is a plus.
• Frameworks and Libraries: Core experience in either J2EE or .NET with frameworks such as Spring Cloud, Micronaut, Quarkus, Vert.x, AWS SDK, Azure Spring Boot. Experience with application libraries and frameworks like Angular, React, Flutter, etc.
• Database Skills: Experience with cloud databases such as Amazon RDS, Microsoft Azure SQL Database, Google Cloud SQL, Amazon Dynamo DB, Azure Cosmos, Google Cloud Firestore.
• Testing Skills: Proficiency in testing and debugging microservices using tools and techniques like unit testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, contract testing, performance testing.
• API Development: Strong understanding of API development and testing, with the ability to leverage web services and APIs to integrate with other cloud services and applications, including security and performance considerations.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent listening skills, clarity in writing and speaking, and comfort working with Agile methodologies and tools like Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Azure Boards.
• Certifications (optional): While skills, experience, and learning ability are highly valued, certifications and upskilling initiatives are appreciated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
