Closing Manager :- 1. Managing and converting walk-ins to closures; collections of Overall Capitalization Rate (OCR) and home loan Disbursement.2. Attending walk-ins and Closing deals along with proper follow-ups.3. Designing monthly and quarterly Sales plan for the respective site on a regular basis.4. Developing Sales strategies and visualizing the sales targets till the accomplishment.5. Responsible for attending revisits of the team members and making sure of closing them.6. Responsible for achieving Monthly sales targets and collection targets.Desired Candidate
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1 or 2 years of Real Estate industry experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
