Position Title: Closing & Sourcing Specialist: The Closing & Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and closing real estate transactions for Supreme Universal. This role involves sourcing potential properties, conducting due diligence, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth closing process. The specialist will work closely with real estate agents, legal teams, and financial institutions to manage all aspects of the transaction lifecycle.Responsibilities:Property Sourcing:

• Identify and evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and attractive investment areas.
• Network with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to source properties.

Due Diligence:

• Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential properties, including financial analysis, property inspections, and risk assessments.
• Review property documents, zoning laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies.

Negotiation:

• Negotiate terms and conditions of property acquisitions, including price, financing, and closing terms.
• Work with sellers, buyers, and other stakeholders to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts.

Transaction Management:

• Manage the entire closing process, ensuring all documents are accurately prepared and submitted.
• Coordinate with legal teams, title companies, and financial institutions to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Resolve any issues that arise during the closing process to avoid delays.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain detailed records of all transactions, including contracts, inspection reports, and financial statements.
• Prepare regular reports on sourcing activities, market trends, and transaction status.
• Ensure all documentation is compliant with regulatory and company standards.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout the sourcing and closing process.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, including finance, legal, and management.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Identify potential risks related to transactions and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Conduct regular audits of sourcing and closing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:Education:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in real estate sourcing, acquisitions, and transaction management.
• Familiarity with real estate markets, investment analysis, and property management.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
• Excellent analytical and financial analysis abilities.
• Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
