Key Responsibilities: Transaction Management: Manage all aspects of the closing process for real estate sales transactions, including coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful closings.
Documentation and Compliance: Review and prepare all necessary legal documents, contracts, and closing paperwork in accordance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices. Financial Clearance: Verify buyer financing and mortgage approvals, confirm receipt of earnest money deposits, and coordinate with lenders to ensure the timely disbursement of funds for closing transactions. Communication and Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, agents, and other parties involved in the closing process, providing clear and timely communication, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience. Post-Closing Activities: Oversee post-closing activities, including the distribution of closing documents, keys, and other relevant information to buyers, as well as the completion of any outstanding tasks or obligations related to the transaction. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks and audits of closing documents and procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration. Proven experience in real estate transaction management, with a minimum of 2 to 4 years or above of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of real estate contracts, title insurance, and closing procedures. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Proficiency in real estate transaction management software and Microsoft Office suite. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
