Clinical Specialist:
As a clinical specialist, you will be responsible for the below activities related to an Arjo branch in the location mentioned.
\xef\x82\xb7 To conduct planned educational sessions for nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, and other health professionals on the clinical significance of all Arjo products used.
\xef\x82\xb7 To demonstrate various products using scientific rationale.
\xef\x82\xb7 To conduct incidental teachings in the wards while on a routine check.
\xef\x82\xb7 To routinely check all the systems used.
\xef\x82\xb7 To help nurses, assess patients at risk for Pressure Injuries, VTE, Mobility status, etc. using various tools
\xef\x82\xb7 To help nurses grade pressure injuries.
\xef\x82\xb7 To meet and discuss the advantages and benefits of the various products with the various hospital heads/ decision-makers.
\xef\x82\xb7 To help hospitals with PI audits
\xef\x82\xb7 To oversee the activities of the Disinfection Centre.
The skills you will need
\xef\x82\xb7 Good presentation Skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Sound Clinical Knowledge
\xef\x82\xb7 Good interpersonal & Communication Skills
\xef\x82\xb7 Able to work collaboratively
\xef\x82\xb7 Good command of the English language
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in both bedside nursing, as well as teaching, is a must

You will also need account management skills (Customer Relationship Management) and knowledge of commercial functions is necessary. There is a considerable amount of physical movement on the job. Many hospitals/ homes have to be visited.

Qualification and Experience
\xef\x82\xb7 B. Sc Nursing with 3-4 years of clinical experience or
\xef\x82\xb7 M. Sc Nursing with 1-2 years of clinical experience (Post Masters)
