Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:
Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and other educational resources.
Create training programs that cover regulatory requirements, GCP guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and study-specific protocols.
Training Delivery:
Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff, including clinical research coordinators, investigators, and other research personnel.
Utilize a variety of training methods, such as classroom instruction, virtual training, workshops, and on-the-job training.
Assessment and Evaluation:
Develop assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and the competency of clinical research staff.
Conduct post-training evaluations to identify areas for improvement and to ensure training objectives are met.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Stay updated with changes in clinical research regulations and best practices.
Ensure that all training programs are aligned with regulatory standards and institutional policies.
Assist in the development and maintenance of SOPs related to training and staff development.
