Job location: Elippode, Trivandrum, Kerala (WFO)


Experience : 1\xe2\x80\x93 5 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting


Qualification: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a medical field (BAMS, BHMS, BDS, D Pharm, Pharm D, B Pharm, Paramedics)

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate clinical processes and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established clinical standards and guidelines. Collaborate with clinical teams to provide feedback and guidance on best practices. Collect and analyze data related to clinical quality metrics. Prepare and attend client audits; conduct mock audits regularly Should be ready to work in any shifts and as per the need of the organisation Prepare detailed reports and presentations on quality findings and recommendations. Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives. Stay updated on industry regulations, clinical guidelines, and best practices. Communicate quality issues and recommendations to relevant stakeholders. Participate in quality-related training and educational programs. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a culture of clinical excellence.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a medical field (BAMS, BHMS, BDS, D Pharm, Pharm D, B Pharm, Paramedics)
1 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting. Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical processes. Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and the ability to analyze complex data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work night shifts (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) as required.
