Position Overview:
We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist with a Master's degree (MA) in Psychology and 3-5 years of clinical experience. This remote position requires a strong background in clinical assessment, therapeutic interventions, and experience working within a clinical setup. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively conduct virtual therapy sessions while maintaining high standards of clinical care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct remote psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide individual and group therapy via telehealth platforms.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Stay updated with the latest clinical research and best practices in psychology.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree (MA) in Psychology or a related field.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic or clinical setup.
• Active and valid licensure in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
• Proven experience with virtual therapy and telehealth platforms.
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and treatment modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with various therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Experience with diverse populations (e.g., children, adults, couples, etc.).
