Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Primary responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Evaluate and treat patient\xe2\x80\x99s need for Prosthetic, Orthotic and/or Pedorthic services and supplies. \xc2\xb7 Identify and reconcile issues/problems to ensure patient satisfaction with devices provided. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that the highest standard of patient care is provided to all patients, including adequate follow-up with patients and physicians. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate documentation (notes and work orders) to clearly define goals, issues & solutions for each patient. \xc2\xb7 Provide administrative staff with information to conduct reimbursement activities. \xc2\xb7 Proactively engage with C-Fab in providing necessary information to get the highest quality of product and to reduce repetition of fabrication. \xc2\xb7 Provide information to branch management to ensure proper management of inventory and materials. 2. Secondary responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Meet with doctors and other referral sources to market Prosthetic/orthotic services and capabilities. \xc2\xb7 Establish contacts and performing follow-ups with referrals/doctors on a regular basis. \xc2\xb7 Achieve monthly targets. \xc2\xb7 Understand existing marketing and sales report and then prepare weekly/monthly reports of sales and marketing leads. \xc2\xb7 Conduct weekly marketing and sales meeting with the branch manager & involved staff members. \xc2\xb7 Ensure timely execution of any project activities. \xc2\xb7 Ensure financial sustainability of the company. \xc2\xb7 Provide with marketing strategies which helps increase sales. \xc2\xb7 Manage patient expenses and materials (Cost of Goods Sold) to meet or exceed budget guidelines. Qualification - BPO, Diploma Computer skill - MS office - Able to make PPT presentations, Able to write letters in MS word, Basic Excel skills Minimum exp - 3-4 years in rehabilitation set up Languages - English, Hindi, Malayalam preferable.
