Correspond to design, fit, maintain, fabricate and delivering prosthetic legs. Making and reporting of work reports (like daily reports) Documents and maintains patient records including the details of components and techniques used in the fabrication of the device provided There will be a month-long training to understand the method and operation of our company procedure to make prosthetic legs. Survey and negotiate with Indian prosthesis part suppliers As clinical Prosthetic Orthotics, participate in the advanced work like attending meetings with medical partners Oversee the management and operations of a client organization engaged in providing artificial limbs ensuring smooth transfer of knowledge and expertise in the digital fabrication process. Coordinate and supervise the implementation of digital fabrication techniques, including training and knowledge transfer to optimize the production and delivery of artificial limbs to clients Work Details: Correspond to design, fit, maintain and deliver prosthetic legs Patients contact part Evaluate patients to determine their situation and needs to provide prosthetics Measure patients in order to design proper prosthetics 3D-Scan the part of a patient s body in order to get 3D data for a prosthetics design Design prosthetics using 3D-CAD software Check and observe the fitting condition and adjust the prosthesis leg to match with the patient by assessing movement Instruct patients how to use and care for their devices Repair or update prosthetics Record on all required documents for all of the patients information Visit and work at a patients house for an assessment and a fitting check. Further possibility Will be responsible for fieldwork going to patients houses for scanning stumps and fitting prosthetics. Go to different places not only in Rajasthan state for work-related activity. Correspond travel and delivery service and go to patient homes in a specified span 3D printer operation and maintenance, data processing associated with it Production part Reads specifications to define type of prosthesis to be fabricated and prepare materials and tools required Download and save the data required for printing with a 3D printer on the computer Preparation for 3D printer to print prosthetic body : Material installation, sub-materials replacement, adjust the setting like height etc. Other tasks related to production of prosthetics as assigned by the manager and superiors. Requirements With master s or bachelor or diploma degree in Prosthetic Orthotics Minimum 3 years practical experience as a Clinical Prosthetic Acceptable for 2-8 weeks of regular business travel across the country (locations: K anpur, Faridabad, Udaipur, Jaipur, Kerala, Bangalore, Mumbai, etc.) The ability to work under strict deadlines without letting the shortage of time affect the quality of work Knowledge on resolving design and functional issues arising during a project Good verbal and written communicator in English Self-motivated, self-disciplined and can do the job with minimal supervision Standard computer skills: Word, Excel, email, online communication tools (slack, etc.)
