Experience-Min1-2 year experience in casualty/OT/ICU or Ward
Job Responsibility- Whenever any patient comes to Emergency Ward he/she should be immediately attended and as prescribed by the doctor, treatment should immediately be started. For emergency patients, drugs may be issued from Emergency Ward stock but should be replaced by the patient.
They should show humble behavior in casualty and must not talk in a loud voice or argue among themselves or with patients.
Ensure that admission forms are properly filled up mentioning name, address telephone No., name of referring doctor and bed allotted to the patient.
Casualty register should be maintained with care and seriality be maintained without mistake.
For MLC cases they will get the MLC forms duly filled up and signed by the duty doctor and send it to police station, after putting the MLC stamp.
Develop clinical pharmacy programme according to policies & procedures.
Review records of patients to determine the appropriateness of medication therapy.
