POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Manager, Clinical Operations a team of colleague and contingent CTAs, and is accountable for managing resources and conducting pay, performance and development assessments. The Team Leads work as part of the CTA Leadership Team to ensure seamless execution of administrative clinical trial execution tasks. JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES Must have direct people-management experience of more than 1.5 years; or CTM experience of more than 3 years in global CRO. Must have direct line management experience of CRAs (not central monitoring team) Live in Bangalore and can commute to ICON Bangalore office regularly (There\'s flexibility to work from home with pre-discussion.) Prefer someone with FSP model experience Clear communication skills with strong stake holder management experience. Required for traveling on quality oversights of CRAs. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Basic qualifications Bachelor\'s degree Minimum 6 years Clinical Research experience that includes a minimum 4 years relevant experience as a Senior CRA or Principal CRA (in a Lead CRA role), or at least 2 years as a Project Manager, CRA Manager or equivalent job role Knowledge of ICHGCP guidelines and ability to review and evaluate medical data Excellent management skills, developed with a collaborative approach to driving performance and success in a global environment Direct experience managing Clinical Research Associates is preferred ICON is the most advanced healthcare intelligence and Clinical Research Organization in the world.
