JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title : Clinical Marketing Specialist (Global)

Location : Pune

Function : Marketing

Key areas of accountability

The application specialist\xe2\x80\x99s activities cover Usability Engineering, Product Validation, Claim substantiation, creation of Learning Materials and delivering input to research. The business role supports the creation of value propositions and translates needs and claims into use scenarios and user requirements supported by executable usability plans, validation plans, protocols and tests. This may include technical, clinical, service and user experience elements and pre- and post-launch activities. Content input for documentation, education and training materials is provided. User needs and customer insights must be addressed properly during all development phases including conceptualization phase and throughout the product\xe2\x80\x99s lifecycle.

• Ensures application activities are processed within the scope of the project either by involving Subject Matter Experts or executing activities him / herself.
• Develops in-depth knowledge on application technology.
• Defines and participates actively in (clinical) research- and concept & feasibility projects for the assigned application, both in-house and with external partners.
• Works out conceptualization of product propositions by identifying use scenarios, risks and mitigations.
• Contributes to the translation of user requirements to features and functions
• Ensures a consistent and common user experience across all product elements
• Supports Product Management / Marketing with value proposition, needs, claims and use scenarios and user requirements creation to ensure that the voice of the customer (needs, values, experiences, expectations) is captured.
• Creates, manages and executes usability plans, protocols, test, evaluations and reports ensuring alignment with value proposition, claims and user requirements.
• Delivers appropriate DHF contributions according QMS.
• Trouble shooting on application level where R&D involvement and solutions are needed.

Education Qualification:

a) BE/vBachelors Degree in Science/ Diploma in Medical Technology / Degree as a radiography technologist

Work Experience:

Years of Experience: 4 to 5 years in clinical environment Area of Experience: Radiology, Fluoroscopy, Mammography X-Ray technologist etc.
