Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction:
• Respond to client queries promptly via calls, emails, and in-person consultations.
• Provide accurate information regarding wellness programs, services, and products.
• Language Proficiency:
• Communicate fluently in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and English to cater to diverse clientele.
• Customer Support:
• Assist clients in understanding their wellness requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Handle complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Documentation and Follow-ups:
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any pending concerns.
• Team Collaboration:
• Coordinate with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

Key Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare or Hospitality preferred).
• Language Skills:
• Proficiency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and English (both verbal and written).
• Experience:
• Minimum 1-2 years in a customer service or counseling role, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Empathy and the ability to build trust with clients.
