Clinical Assistant
Job Description
-Complete Documents ex.(history, physical examination & all required records).
-Writing daily progress notes.
-Coordinate with nurses to ensure appropriate investigations are carried out.
-Assist with routine medical procedures to CONSULTANT/CMO/RMO.
-Prepare an appropriate discharge summary as directed.
-Obtains patient histories,and prepares and updates medical charts and associated records, and enters patient data into files and software.
-Instructs patients as needed regarding administrative and/or logistical procedures.
-Order and adjust artificial feeding modalities.
