• Conducted Product demonstration in the region along with sales team and obtained many leads and converted to orders. Maintained demo matrix documentation with sales conversion/strike rate.
• Profound Clinical knowledge of competition products, sales strategies, new feature addition and customer demands to help sales in objection handling.
• Prepared and participated in seminars, workshops, and convention exhibit activities to include other Sales and Marketing support activities as required.
• Trained customers in applying the best possible clinical procedures and protocols to achieve optimal usage of the equipment delivered.
• Communicated all relevant customer information including product and/or customer problems or opportunities to Field Sales, Marketing, Customer Response Team and Technical Support.
• Analyzed customer installations of products and reported defects/malfunctions to service/engineering.
• Maintained good relationship with premium customers and acted as a single point of contact for them and won many repeat orders from existing customer
