BabyMD is on its 0-1 journey of becoming the chosen partner in parenting. We are based out of Bengaluru and have a digital offering for 24x7 chats and online video consultations with paediatricians, and a set of physical clinics in Bengaluru.

About The Founders


Deeksha Senguttuvan, the founder is a included in Director's Topper list in The Wharton School where she completed her MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Major and IIM Kozhikode in marketing. Deeksha, who has a solid track record of excellence and innovation. With a long career that spans leading roles the TATA Group, she has a proven history of driving digital transformation and patient engagement at Kauvery Hospitals to redefine future of hospitals.


Hritikesh Thite, a seasoned professional with 16+ years of experience across prestigious organizations, is now the founder of BabyMD. Starting at Boston Consulting Group, he mastered strategic and analytical skills. He later served as Senior Vice President at Unacademy, driving growth and innovation. As Vice President at Healthifyme, he gained insights into health tech and wellness. Now at BabyMD, Hritikesh leverages his expertise to revolutionize pediatric healthcare, driving innovation and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Patient Reception: Greet patients warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, manage the clinic's calendar, and handle rescheduling or cancellations efficiently.
• Communication: Answer phone calls and emails promptly and courteously, providing accurate information about services and treatments.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain patient records, manage billing and payments, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Patient Assistance: Assist patients with paperwork, provide information about procedures, and address any concerns or queries.
• Clinic Coordination: Liaise with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and effective communication within the clinic.
• Hygiene and Presentation: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the clinic's standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and one or more of Tamil/Malayalam/Kannada/Telugu/Hindi
• Previous experience working in a clinic or healthcare setting is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and patient management software is a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Schedule:


Morning and evening shift (9AM to 2PM and 5pm to 9PM)


Experience:


Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)


Front desk - Receptionist: 2 years (Preferred)


Total work: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location : First floor, Aadeshwar Chambers, Kasavanhalli Main Road, 1st Cross Rd, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560034, Bangalore.
