- A valid nursing degree (GNM/B.Sc. Nursing) from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the State Nursing Council.
- Experience in clinical nursing, with preference given to those familiar with endocrinology.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems or patient management software.
- Strong communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
