We have Excellent Vacancy for the Position of Clinic Manager/Sales Manager with our Brand Clinic located in Delhi SDA area . Job Location: - SDA Colony. Salary Offered: - Depending on the experience and last drawn salary we are open for discussion. Job Timings and Working Days: - 10:30 AM-7:30 PM Clinic Manager/Sales Manager Roles and Responsibilities: - Clinic Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of-outpatient or medical facilities. They provide the daily administrative support and liaise with patients and healthcare professionals and coordinate patient care plans. There are many different routes one may take to become a Clinic Manager, but working in a healthcare or clinical setting is the most common way.This role features many administrative responsibilities, Clinic Managers must have excellent organizational and communication skills in order to ensure the clinic runs smoothly. To be successful in this role, you should exhibit exceptional managerial abilities, which would ultimately translate to excellent patient care. Outstanding clinic managers are experienced administrators who proactively address issues that prevent the clinic from running smoothly. Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals. Shall instigate the steps to increase sales via various means such as creating a brand image through different marketing techniques, counselling of patients, up selling and continuously motivating the staff. Maximizing customer satisfaction by sticking to the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and continuous improvement of the quality of services while improving the skill set of the staff. Liaising with healthcare professionals and patients about treatment plans. Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties. Keeping medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the clinic. Managing the clinic's budget, billing system, and inventory. Ordering stock and supplies for the clinic. Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment. Developing procedures to deliver optimal patient care. Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic. Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity Act as a liaison between patients, their families and additional care staff Plan and manage the clinic's budget. Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws. Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently. Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers. Knowledge of procuring supplies, equipment, and staff needed at the clinic. Proficiency in managing budgets, billing, and negotiating with suppliers and vendors. To review the concession business and performance and ensure delivery of key financial targets and customer feedback targets. Minimising operation expenditure within the Clinic wherever possible. Monitor the day-to-day delivery of the services of the Clinic to maintain or improve quality. Clinic Manager/Sales Manager Requirements: - 5+ years prior experience working in the field of beauty/wellness/Nutrition/Food Science/Aesthetics basically a clinical or healthcare setting. 5+ years of proven success in leadership roles is required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions. Should have an experience of working in groups and managing teams. Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided. Exceptional interpersonal skills for liaising with patients, healthcare providers, and specialists, as well as the public. Extremely organized and detail oriented. Ability to delegate tasks as needed. Ability to spend long periods of time sitting at a desk. Knowledge of a second language is an asset.
