Job Description

1.) You will be Responsible in charge of strategic planning, execution and managing the day-to- day all operational activities of all Mumbai clinics/centers for operation management, planning, strategy, co-ordination & executions, timely executing operational strategy, managing 120 plus employees, solving customer complain, follow up & coordination with various function with cross functional activities of contact center, training, marketing, all clinics manager, IT, sales, supply chain, finances, doctor, therapist, nurse, front executive or any other clinics staff, control function and timely execution of all operation activities as per company deadline given time to time by the management & and achieving 96 % audit score of all clinics as per company audit policy and as per the expectation of management and oversee the daily operations of the clinic, including but not limited to patient scheduling, billing, verification, and medical records Supervise clinic staff and provide direction as needed time to time. 2.) You shall be responsible for complete customer experience management and providing the best service to each customer. 3.) You will be responsible to increase revenue and cost efficiencies of all clinics for providing Michelin starred customer experience as per the brand guideline, energy saving, capacity utilization, facility management, consumable planning, ordering stock and supplies for the clinic, effective manpower planning, Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties, effective training as per business requirements, following strategy, planning and execution as per deadline & management expectation and extremely aggressive with operational efficiency, adherence to all center\xe2\x80\x99s level SOP\xe2\x80\x99S and grooming of the staff, Hygiene and well maintenance of the center. 4.) You will be responsible for preparing clinic staff standard \xe2\x80\x9cRota \xe2\x80\x9cone month in advance with coordination with clinics manager & complete the sign off process and make sure strictly adhere and follow by all the clinics manager & staff. and check on manpower availability as per shift time. and you will ensure/coach/provide continuous guidance with consultation with clinics manager if any late coming of the staff explaining business needs. 5.) You will be Responsible for conducting and participating in regular meetings with all clinics manager for day-to-day, weekly call, monthly review meeting, discuss updates on current operations activities and reviewing standard operating procedures (SOPs) as per brand guidelines to ensure they are followed strictly and correctly. 6.) You will be responsible for preparing and executing budget planning for quarterly, six- month, nine month and yearly operation planning, schedule, and execution as per management expectation & maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all clinic operations. 7.) You will be Responsible for planning and conducting call/meeting with all clinics manager and all clinics staff training sessions to ensure that employees are knowledgeable about brand service, (SOPs) and current policies and procedures all the time. 8.) You will be Responsible for new pre-opening clinics set up for all operational requirements, planning & execution of recruitment process, training & coaching staff, operation readiness, dry run, soft launch, launch activities, coordination with marketing etc. 9.) You will be Responsible for reviewing patient records to ensure that all required information is accurate and up to date on regular bases with co-ordination with all clinic managers and other clinic staff and You will be responsible for Ensuring that all medical records are kept in compliance with federal regulations. 10.) You will be responsible for Scheduling appointments co-ordinations with contact centre and clinic manager and keeping track of patient wait times and efficiently manage customer appointment schedule and improving business efficiencies increasing revenue. 11.) You shall be responsible for increasing product sales in-house & online coaching clinics manager and staffs managing efficiently providing product knowledge training/other supports. 12.) You will be Responsible for Following up with patients for any negative complains of customer to ensure that they are satisfied with their care and treatment plans, and you will be responsible of preparing the incident reports for management review. 13.) You will be Responsible for Ensure that all clinic operations are carried out in a smooth and efficient manner with zero customer complain. 14.) You will be responsible to developed and create all clinic designation of Job description as per the brand guidelines time to time with jointly coordination with Clinic managers. 15.) You will be responsible for developing and creating KPI/KRA of all clinic\xe2\x80\x99s designation as per the brand guidelines and developing system and process for review & monitor every month for appraisal process along with clinics manager, top management. Effective staff management including performance reviews, appraisals, and aiding professional development. 16.) You will be responsible to Oversee the implementation of the human resources policies, procedures, and practices for all clinics. 17.) You will be responsible for working on customer complaints, coordination & calling for query resolution, preparing note on customer query call attend with resolution. 18.) You will be responsible of Setting goals and measure impact of promotional campaign which is required for the business growth. 19.) You will be Responsible of facility management of finalizing all vendors, Housekeeping, day to day maintenance activities, pest control, security, preparing various SOP, opening & closing check list of the clinics, planning administration purchase, closing checklist as per company policy and process and ensuring all the agency follow the brand standard strictly. 20.) You will be Responsible including staffing, training to the staff, Sales management & improving revenue, and compliance. & are better able to focus on serving patients and delivering top-quality outcomes as per the brand standard. 21.) You will be Responsible for planning and managing clinics staff efficiently as per business requirements and responsible for solving day to day grievance. 22.) You will be responsible for recruiting in coordination with HR, for all open position to close as per deadline. 23.) You will be responsible to prepare Clinics SOP develop and implement policies and procedures as needed with opening and closing check list with coordination with clinics manager and strictly adhere to the brand guideline. 24.) You will be responsible for conducting regular meetings with all facility vendors from time to time to improvise the service standards once a week along with the clinic\xe2\x80\x99s manager. 25.) Your duties and responsibilities would change from time to time as per business demand. 26.) You will be responsible for executing and coordinating all equipment shifting schedule of all clinics, maintenance activities, housekeeping, security, pest control and all infrastructure related activities and preparing all AMC schedule with the Agency. 27.) You will make sure that Attrition at Unit Level is Zero to 2% in a year. 28.) You will be responsible for preparing the training schedule of all new joiner & existing staff time to time and making sure all are properly trained as per brand standard. 29.) You will be responsible of 5 google review rating to achieve daily, ensuring accurate closing balance of each clinic and depositing in the bank next day on time. 30.) You will be responsible for following and executing all clinic operational process as per deadline. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9800,000.00 - 9900,000.00 per year Benefits:
