Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Management:
• Oversee the clinic's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring the clinic is well-stocked and equipment is properly maintained.
• Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, including medical professionals, aestheticians, and administrative personnel.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and support to staff.
• Patient Experience:
• Ensure a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
• Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Oversee the scheduling of appointments to optimize patient flow and minimize wait times.
• Financial Management:
• Develop and manage the clinic's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Implement strategies to increase clinic revenue and control costs.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure the clinic complies with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
• Oversee health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure proper handling of medical records.
• Marketing and Business Development:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion of services.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in an aesthetic or cosmetic clinic setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures is a plus.
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
