• Require a Clinic Manager who Handles all the clinics, visiting them on regular basis, preparing duty roster for all the clinics, and shuffling of Doctors and Staff among the clinics whenever required,Providing and arranging training for all the staff members whenever required,Responsible for overall recruitments and interpersonal relationship among the staff,Planning & budgeting administration expenses & working towards minimizing operational expenses,Liasioning with units, government departments and regulatory authorities for resolving critical matters and ensuring compliance with various statutory acts,Co-coordinating between the management & the employees,Preparing and maintaining different types of MIS reports,Approving Salary sheet made by accounts department of the employees.Qualifications include:MBA/Graduate in Hospitality / Graduate with qualification & Experience in Healthcare industry.Knowledge of the hospitality industry, Health, Beauty & wellness industry, computer proficiency - MS Office, Fluency in English, Hindi, Gujrati & Marathi. Good communication & presentation skills & interpersonal management Skills a must.Other characteristics such as personal characteristics: Pleasing personality with good communication skills.Remuneration will be as per experience.
