Position: Clinic Coordinator

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to convert them into prospective patients
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales.
• Identify and qualify leads based on established criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and patient interactions
• Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction, answer queries, and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

BDS - Freshers Only

Excellent communication skills. Fluency in English, Kannada & Hindi.

Timings: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

Location: Jayanagar 7th Block ( Near RV Road Metro Station)

Salary : Rs. 15,000 to 20,000
