Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Clinic Assistant to support daily operations and ensure a smooth experience for both patients and the clinic team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing administrative tasks and clinical support while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with appointments and queries.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize equipment as per clinic protocols.
• Support the dentist and cosmetology team during procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage filing systems.
• Handle inventory management for clinic supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of all clinical areas.
• Coordinate with the receptionist to streamline daily schedules.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (additional training in healthcare or administration is a plus).
• Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for managing records and scheduling software.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?11,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
