JD \xe2\x80\x93 Technical Solution Architect - Security
Location: NCR
Responsibility of the Role : Pre-Sales & Solutioning

Security solutions architect is Kyndryl\xe2\x80\x99s key Interface to the clients and is responsible to be as solution design consultant and develop convincing technical solutions. This requires him/her to work closely with clients to understand their business and technical requirements and architect the solution, solution/technical presentation, preparing technical proposal and costing.
Job role requires sound technical knowledge, proven business acumen and differentiating client interfacing ability. Consultant is required to anticipate, create and define an innovative technical solution which matches customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and Kyndryl strategic and practice requirements.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise

Area Weightage Details
1. Security Architecture & Solution : 40%
Experience in following security solutions and relevant OEM certifications

• Cyber Security Architecture, solutions, controls at different layers of security architecture for Cloud / Hybrid IT environment and understanding of frameworks like SASE and ZTA

• Security architecture and security solutions for data center, network and perimeter security technologies such as firewalls/UTMs, Intrusion Prevention systems, WAF, Proxies, SDN, DNS, and DDOS solutions.

• End user security/access solutions like NAC, DLP / EDR / AV / Anti-malware solutions, Multi-factor authentication.

• Application security like WAF, API Gateways/Security, Key Management DevSecOps.

• Experience on architecting Cloud native security solutions for Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure and GCP , CASB e.g. landing zone security, CASB
• Practical knowledge of the following technologies: LAN, SDWAN, VPN, Network Security, Firewalls, NGFW, NAT, IPS, Anti Malware, Application Control, DDoS, Web Filtering

• Expertise in VPN technologies, Security requirements for remote working, Encryption technologies and it\'s usage

2 Security Services : 40%
Experience in following security Services and relevant OEM certifications like CISP and CISSP etc.

• Security services experience with focus on Managed Security services, Security platforms management, Security Device Management, Security incidents response & management, SIEM/SOC Services, Forensics, VA/PT Services, ethical hacking services.

• Security Events /monitoring / log management solutions for SIEM on platforms like Splunk, QRadar or Arc-sight etc.

• Experience with assessment , development, implementation, optimization, and documentation of a comprehensive and broad set of security technologies, policies and processes, data protection, cryptography, key management, identity and access management (IAM), network security) within SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud environments
• Review technology designs with technology architects and engineers, taking local and regional regulatory requirements into account

3. Professional skills : 20%

• Lead and Contribute to the design, development and implementation of winning technical solutions for customers to introduce and establish new technology solutions into their business and business processes.
• Should have experience in writing proposals, responding to RFPs, RFIs and quality client presentations. Work closely with OEMs and partners to support the development of winning solutions at optimum cost.
• Effectively interface with Sales and bid-management teams.

Other Required Skills :

• Network and relationships among in the external environment among strategic partner organizations.
• Strong technical and analytical capabilities and understanding of complexities of large IT environments
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills required in English.
• A self-starter who is customer focused with high energy level and positive disposition
• Ability to execute performance through self-motivation and with minimum supervision.
• Proven ability to initiate action, and complete challenging assignments.
• Ability to multi-task and exhibit a high level of enthusiasm, common sense, initiative, collaboration, and creativity.
• Ability to exercise authority appropriately and effectively.

Basic Qualifications

• Formal College Level education with major in Engineering or MCA and proven experience of solution design or network/infrastructure projects delivery.
• Desirable experience of 10-12 years with proven skills and execution capabilities
• Knowledge of Processes like Technical Assurance/Delivery Assurance, Quality Assurance, Costing, etc will be an added advantage
