Job Title Client Support Tier 2 - Sr Associate I Manging Paper roll Portfolio: Preparation calculation of proactive roll file ..Understanding inclusion , exclusion Manging schedule proactively ..Ordering, Deliveries to cluster , Courier vendor Further managing end to end roll deliveries till End user. Maintaining, altering the supply chain as per need of hour Expert in co-ordination communication with all related internal & external stake holders Need to be effective co-ordinator, communicator with roll vendor, courier agencies, Clusters Month on month recon with roll vendor, courier vendor , cluster and accordingly adjust nest order line/ qty Expert hands-on Roll vendor mgmt., courier vendor mgmt. Ensuring follow ups and timely payments of Roll vendor, Courier vendor Should be able to apply best industry practices in roll mgmt.. Managing di-installation portfolio Drive to reduce pending de-installation with meticulous follow up and execution with Cluster team as well De-installation partners. Track pending de-installation numbers and prepare related MIS Evaluate De-installation partner performance, boarding of new partners etc Strategically allocate de-installation calls between partner and AMC Vendor for Max output To drive pre de-installation calling through call centre for max retrieval as well adopt focused approach Should be independent player and an active team member enthusiastic in implementing and driving new concepts.
