Job description
We are looking for a Client Support for Edtech Platform, and ensuring the smooth operation of our AI/ML platform across schools and colleges. The ideal candidate should be ready to travel to different states for on-site support, training sessions, and meetings with clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our product and can use the platform efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
? ?Customer Support:
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues through email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues for users, including teachers, administrators, and students.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance to help clients maximize the benefits of the Buddiz platform.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and track the progress until resolution.
? ?Technical Support:
• Work closely with the technical team to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems.
• Conduct remote support sessions to guide users in resolving issues.
• Document reported issues, solutions, and best practices to improve internal knowledge sharing and future support.
? ?Client Relations:
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, helping them navigate technical challenges while enhancing their platform experience.
• Provide product training to new users and institutions through webinars, one-on-one sessions, and on-site training.
• Travel to various states to provide on-site support, training, and meetings with clients as needed.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development team to drive continuous improvements.
Requirements:
? ?Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to give alternate solutions to quickly resume customer activities in the system in case of a system issue.
• Patience, empathy, and a client-focused mindset to handle client inquiries and build strong relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and technical documentation.
• Willingness to travel to various states for on-site client support and training sessions.

Bachelor Degree with Computer Knowledge
