Client Support Associate

Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 years in international voice support

Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi

Qualification: Degree

Salary : 15,000 - 28,000 per month

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Shifts:

• Morning: 9 am to 6 pm
• Noon: 12 pm to 9 pm
• Night: 3 pm to 12 am

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 5 years of experience in international voice support.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (morning, noon, and night).

Responsibilities:

• Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve client issues or complaints effectively.
• Assist clients with understanding and using the company's products or services.
• Provide guidance on troubleshooting and resolving technical or service-related problems.
• Prepare and submit reports on client interactions, feedback, and common issues.
• Ensure a smooth transition and positive first impression for new clients.
• Work closely with other team members and departments to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
