Client Support Associate - Hindi
Location : Padivattom, Edapally

• Experience :• Minimum 1 year• of experience in banking sales / Customer support. ( Consider Fresher with Good Communication Skills in Hindi & English)
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi
• Qualifications : • Bachelor's degree• is mandatory.
• Salary : ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
• Working Days : 5 days a week

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, BPO, or banking.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good understanding of financial products and services.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented and target-driven.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support (70%):

• Client Relationship Management
• Customer Assistance
• Support Services.
• Feedback Management
• Problem Resolution

Sales and Sales Support (30%):

• New Client Acquisition
• Cross-Selling
• Financial Analysis
• Compliance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
