JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager / Account Strategist to handle our Global Accounts. What will be your Mission as the Client Success Manager? \xe2\x97\x8f On-board new clients and completely own the delivery and Quality Control. \xe2\x97\x8f Help clients grow their sales & profits with Amazon Ads. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure 100% Client Happiness & Retention. \xe2\x97\x8f Become client\xe2\x80\x99s go to expert on matters of Amazon. What will you be responsible for? \xe2\x97\x8f Maintain Client Satisfaction score of 10/10 each quarter. \xe2\x97\x8f Turn Clients into Agency evangelist within the first 3 months. \xe2\x97\x8f Drive Client Growth while maintaining W/W KPIs with the support of the Campaign managers. \xe2\x97\x8f Develop Weekly/Monthly/ Quarterly PPC Management plans to achieve revenue & ROAS goals. \xe2\x97\x8f Deliver Accurate Weekly/monthly reports with Actionable insights for the Client / Campaign Managers. \xe2\x97\x8f Ensure seamless communication between Agency & clients with focus on honesty, clarity & coherence. \xe2\x97\x8f Build & Optimise Client Relationship Management Knowledge Base & Best Practices. 4. TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Fluent Communication - Ability to communicate with Global Clients about effective Strategies and best practices used by the agency to grow their business.
• Exceptional Written communication
• Client management experience - Extensive experience in building client relationships
• TONS of Amazon Advertising/ Amazon Seller Central/ Ecommerce experience
• Project Management experience to handle complex eCommerce catalogues with 100k+ SKUs across Global Markets
• Understanding of the Remote Work Culture & Tools required to work efficiently.
• Fast Laptop & Internet - SSD Hard Drive, At least 4 GB RAM or above

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 300,000.00 - 1,265,485.01 per year Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
