We're looking for a Client Success Executive to ensure our digital marketing clients achieve outstanding results and stay delighted with our services. This role involves managing relationships, addressing client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to drive success.
Key Responsibilities :
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and building trust.
• Oversee client onboarding and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Track campaign performance and share insights with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address client queries and resolve issues.
• Identify upselling opportunities and support account growth.
