Job Summary:
The Client Success Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success. This role is essential in bridging the gap between sales and client relations, providing exceptional service to clients while ensuring smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Coordination:
• Assist the sales team in managing schedules, preparing reports, and tracking sales activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments.
• Prepare and send sales proposals, contracts, and invoices to clients.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Gather client feedback and work with the team to implement improvements.
• Administrative Support:
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and events for the sales team.
• Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and organize sales documents and files.
• Communication and Follow-up:
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and client requests.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide information about products, services, and promotions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement client engagement strategies.
• Project Coordination:
• Assist in the planning and execution of client projects and events.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales coordination or client relationship role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
