This is a full-time position ideal for freshers keen to build a career in customer relationship management and client success. As a Client Success Associate, you will be central to ensuring our clients are satisfied and that their IP needs are met effectively.Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill)
  • Communication Skills (Mandatory skill)
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly find solutions to clients\' needs and concerns.
  • Account Management: Experience in managing accounts can be an added advantage.
  • Client Onboarding: Skills in effectively onboarding new clients.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the firm\'s IP services.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze client data to improve services.
  • Cross-Selling: Identify and act on opportunities to cross-sell various IP services to clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Assist clients in understanding and navigating our range of IP services.
  • Handle and resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs and improve service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing support during the entire client lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
  • Track client interactions and update CRM tools to ensure accurate records.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional IP services to current clients.
  • Regularly report on client success metrics and suggest improvements to existing processes.
