We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Client Solutions Executives to join our team focused on smart building solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and presenting our comprehensive SaaS and IoT offerings that integrate seamlessly to deliver intelligent solutions for modern buildings.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new clients in the smart building sector, including commercial real estate, property management, and facility management companies.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand the dynamics of the smart building industry, including trends in energy management, automation, and sustainability.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers to understand their needs and position our solutions as the ideal fit.
- Present and demonstrate the unique advantages of our smart building SaaS and IoT solutions, emphasizing the integration of data into a single source of truth.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while achieving or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to provide feedback from clients and stay updated on enhancements and new features.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate sales records using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Stay informed about technology advancements in IoT and smart building initiatives to provide valuable insights to clients.Qualifications:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in SaaS, IoT, or smart building solutions.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and driving substantial revenue growth.
- In-depth understanding of the smart building landscape, including automation, energy management, and connectivity standards.
- Superior communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven with a proactive approach, able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
