Dear Candidates, We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of Client Servicing .Qualification: Graduation Experience: 3+ years Location: Santacruz : The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Client Servicing Manager to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction and retention. 1. Client Relationship Management: a. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and concerns. b. Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations. c. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on projects, solicit feedback, and address any issues or concerns promptly. d. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services based on client needs and company offerings. 2. Account Management: a. Assist in managing client accounts, including contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments. b. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to client expectations and agreements. c. Monitor account performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients and management. d. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 3. Team Coordination: a. Work closely with the Business Head and other team members to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration. b. Foster a positive and cohesive team environment, promoting teamwork, communication, and knowledge sharing. 4. Communication and Documentation: a. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and correspondence. b. Ensure timely and clear communication both internally and externally, including emails, phone calls, and meetings. c. Develop and deliver presentations or reports as needed to update clients on project progress, performance metrics, and upcoming initiatives. 5. Continuous Improvement: a. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities related to client servicing. b. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction. c. Actively seek feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions. Skills Required:
Minimum 3 to 5 yrs experience in client servicing, account management,
or a similar role, preferably in a Media or Talent / Celebrity Management/
Engagement/ Advertising agency.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen
attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and a solution-oriented mindset.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs
