Overview:
Unified Sports & Events is an end-to-end events company, including corporate events, sports events, offsite, employee engagement and team-building activities. Each event is customized to ensure an impactful and lasting impression for the client.
The Client Servicing and Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing client relationships and driving sales efforts. This role requires a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in the events industry, capable of managing end-to-end client onboarding, reaching out to new clients, and leveraging industry connections to expand our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Servicing:
• Lead and manage the client servicing team to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
• Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring repeat business.
• Regularly assess and improve client servicing processes to enhance client experience.
Sales and Business Development:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through industry contacts, networking events, and cold calling.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Industry Networking:
• Leverage industry connections to generate leads and expand the client base.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and build relationships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and client servicing metrics.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in the events industry
• Excellent client service, communication, and customer satisfaction skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in finance, budgeting, and financial management
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Knowledge of event planning and management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
• Commission pay
