Profile : Client Servicing (EB/Non EB)Domain Experience : Insurance/Broking onlyExperience : 3+ Years relevant Location : Mumbai/PuneResponsibilities :- Servicing of corporate for their Employee Benefit/Non Employee Benefit Portfolio- Assist the Account Manager to set up the policy administration framework with the Insurance company- Ensure effective roll out of all the policy inception processes at respective client locations- Monitor and manage the monthly endorsement with Insurer for all addition and deletion cases- Assist Client SPOC and members with claim support as and when needed- Provide client with all reports with regards to the policy utilization as and when required regarding Non Employee Benefit Portfolio.- Build relationship with Insurance company representatives in the region for ensuring efficient service delivery (ref:updazz.com)
