Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to
lead our digital marketing strategies and execution. The ideal candidate must have a proven
track record of working in a marketing agency for 6 to 7 years, with a deep understanding of
digital marketing channels, campaign management, brand strategy and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various

platforms including Google Ads, social media, email, and content marketing.

• Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, providing direction, guidance, and

support to achieve client and company goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop comprehensive marketing

strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and

recommendations for improvement.

• Manage budgets, ensuring maximum ROI on digital campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, SEM/SEO,

and social media advertising.

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring that expectations are met,

and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Oversee content creation and strategy for digital campaigns.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize campaigns based on data-driven

insights.
Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 6 to 7 years of experience working in a marketing agency with a strong focus on

digital marketing.

• Proven ability to manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media

platforms.

• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics.
